The 120-M.P.H. Electric Car may not be much impressive but it runs as good as other cars. This electric car reaches a speed of 60 miles per hour in four seconds and accelerates to 120 miles per hour at top speed. This small roadster, which is not wider than a motorcycle, drives with a power of 1000 lbft torque. As this roadster comes smaller in size, it can negotiate any traffic congestion, which makes it the choice of the future. Moreover, parking is not a problem as it can be accommodated into any space.
The 120-M.P.H. Electric Car accommodates two, with the driver and the passenger sitting in tandem (front and back). It is so comfortable to drive this electric car and it gives the real experience of driving on the roads. Coming to the specs, the 120-M.P.H. Electric Car has a body made of carbon fibre, fibreglass and Kevlar. The chassis comes in stainless steel. The impact bars on the side provide the perfect protection from crash. Disc brakes (front/ rear) and shock absorbers (coil –over) give the extra safety on the roads and a smooth handling. Though small, it stands stable as it has a low centre of gravity. The four point seat belts give the added safety to the driver and the passenger.
The car runs on lead batteries, which can be recharged up to 50 amps. It can fetch 40 to eighty miles on a single recharge. The power from the batteries is enough to drive the engine at full throttle. Another feature of the 120-M.P.H. Electric Car is that it produces zero emission. Well, the 120-M.P.H. Electric Car does not come that cheap; they come with a price tag of $108,000. Though the 120-M.P.H. Electric Car comes costly, it is worth buying when compared to the fuel prices.
